2025 FUNDRAISING EFFORTS
In 2025 Eliza’s Ride we exceeded our expectations and raised $20,000, we were
able to raise this amount of money because of our very generous sponsors listed
below.
Our Founding Sponsors have been with the group since its inception and due to
the support of these founding sponsors we have been able to obtain more
business sponsors as a direct result.
We would like to thank and are very grateful to all of our sponsors both business
and private for being such great support in 2025, because without them all we
could not make such a wonderful contribution to this much deserved charity and
to hopefully one day in the future by our efforts find a cure for this disease.

The whole team at Eliza’s Ride Brighter days would like to acknowledge the continued support that Heavy Duty Magazine has played since the inception of the group, 8 years ago.
It was during the 2017 Brighter Days Festival whilst watching Simone and Eliza Baird on stage with Neale Brumby and Michael Kearney that I (David) had the idea of creating a charity group in Eliza’s name was born.
Without this support from Neale Brumby and now Mick Withers in helping to get the message out to the public through Heavy Duty Magazine about EPIDERMOLYSIS BULLOSA (EB), our task would have been made somewhat harder.
Heavy Duty Magazine is now in the very capable hands of Mick Whithers and he
has continued the great support with our endeavors to raise awareness and
financial support for Debra Australia to support families and children that are
suffering from this insidious disease, Epidermolysis bullosa
